Warranty

CHIPER warrants that components supplied are original, brand-new and unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited period from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or invoice.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 90 days from shipment, subject to the terms of your quotation or invoice.

Remedy

If a component fails due to a defect within the warranty period, contact us with the part number, quantity and failure details. At our option, we will replace the component, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, electrostatic discharge (ESD), modification, or use outside the component’s specifications.
