It supports 45 ns access at 2.2 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C. Automatic power-down and byte power-down reduce standby to 6.5 µA max (ISB2). CMOS/TTL-compatible I/O and a max 25 mA operating ICC support fast, low-power memory buffers. -ZXI is Pb-free 48-pin TSOP I.
