The S26KS128SDPBHV020 is a 128 Mb HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, delivering up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 166 MHz (1.8 V) and 200 MBps at 100 MHz (3.0 V). It features sector erase (256 KB), ECC with 1-bit correction and 2-bit detection, and 20-year data retention. Operating from 1.7–1.95 V or 2.7–3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use from –40°C to +125°C. Low power modes and FBGA packaging suit embedded and automotive uses.
