Developed according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, it offers 1 MHz (min.) bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. The DSO-16 package supports reinforced isolation. Pre-calibrated, with pre-programmed sensitivity, it delivers 38 mARMS noise, <3% accuracy over the full temp. range, and an adjustable OCD threshold.
