The S26KS256SDABHI030 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with an 8-bit DDR HYPERBUS™ interface, delivering up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 1.8 V and 166 MHz. It features 96 ns random access, 512-byte write buffer, ECC and CRC-based sector protection, and operates from 1.7–1.95 V or 2.7–3.6 V. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial high-speed code and data storage applications.
